Although Dell may take the position that by having installed a new version of Windows you've voided the warranty and therefore Dell has no obligation to help you, in fact there should be no difference with respect to installing a video driver between Windows Enterprise x64 and any other 64-bit version of Windows 7. What edition of Windows was pre-installed when you purchased the computers?

When you installed the new edition of Windows, you would have had to install all of the drivers, not just the driver for the video adapter. Did you do that?
