WUHAN, CHINA — Over the weekend, more than 100 bikini models took part in the ambitiously and inaccurately named Miss Bikini Global 2015 held in Wuhan.
The models came from such international locales such as Shanghai, Beijing, Xian, Dalian, Taiyuan, Wuhan, and Chengdu. It would seem like the event’s organizers took Major League Baseball’s approach to naming competitions, with a nod to Miss Universe’s ambitions.
Miss Bikini Global 2015 was actually a quarter-final competition, from which 20 lovely ladies were selected to advance to the next round. Only three, however, will make it to the national final.
